They have no idea how to run the store, let alone act professional at the same time. RIDICULOUS! Young girls should not be managing a big franchised company. The manager chose her favorite employees and would never threaten them, but when the rest of us would get 1 write-up she would tell us we were fired if we were to get another. When hired we were told if you receive 3 write-ups its an automatic termination. She would threaten our jobs every week with a "write-up" because I only sold 5 products instead of 10. If we didn't sell enough product or get the client to pre-book, we got in trouble by the manager. We did everything including waxing, selling ALL products, getting clients to pre-book.
